Installing linux kernel in UEFI with H2O insyde BIOS

http://unix.stackexchange.com – I've a Sony Vaio laptop with H2O insyde BIOS. I'm able to install linux with legacy mode on but in UEFI it fails. My disk is GPT-partitioned. Windows 7 is working fine, but I'm unable to install any Linux distro either dual boot or inside Windows. I followed some links, which are saying something about secure boot which I'm unable to find in my BIOS settings. Now I have to modify some modules in the kernel as my project and I wanted to install some Linux distro in my external hard disk after converting it to GPT. As I want for kernel programming, I just need a command-line enabled Linux dist (HowTos)
