I'm trying to install the pecl extension Imagick on a centos server, but I'm getting an error about autoconf.
Autoconf is installed, as is make and gcc.
When I do a yum list httpd I get the following version returned:
httpd.x86_64 1:2.2.22-12053112
When I try to do a yum install httpd-devel I get dependency errors like this:
apr-devel-1.3.12-1.w5.x86_64 from webtatic has depsolving problems
--> Missing Dependency: apr = 1.3.12-1.w5 is needed by package apr-devel-1.3.12-1.w5.x86_64 (webtatic)

I've been trying to setup an Ubuntu 12.04 VM that is running PHP 5.4 with the imagick module. All the results I find on google say to use the ondrej packages, which for the most part works perfectly. All the major modules install and run exactly the way they should, but when I try to install imagick it tells me I'm missing a dependency.
# apt-get install php5-imagick

I am trying to install imagick on a VPS running Centos 5.8.
Pulling my hair out. PHP built from source, everything working. Now need to install imagick and can't get it installed.
I am running Debian on kernel 3.7.1 with PHP 5.3.20 (the last version my app supports, cannot go to PHP 5.4).

I'm trying to get skype to work on my new system. It seems to install, but trying to run it I get an error message naming a missing dependency. Searching for this with yum whatprovides and installing the result worked in one case, but for the next one, yum install <package containing missing item> returns a few errors of the form:
