I intalled the Unity Photo Lens using this commands:
sudo add-apt-repository ppa:scopes-packagers/ppa && sudo apt-get update
sudo apt-get install unity-lens-photo unity-scope-flickr unity-scope-shotwell
And then downloading and executing a deb package found here. Flickr scope works fine. However, the Shotwell scope is not working and has caused errors in my system.

I installed it on both 11.10 and 12.04 with:
sudo apt-get install unity-lens-graphicdesign unity-scope-colourlovers unity-scope-deviantart unity-scope-dribbble unity-scope-iconfinder

Most of the Unity Lenses and scopes, that adds extra functionality to dash menu have been updated to work with Ubuntu 12.04. Some lenses like Wikipedia lens are new releases.
A Lens adds an extra new category to Unity dash allowing you to find specific results from local sources, web and even do calculations. A Scope adds a new source to an existing lens.
I just discovered that the unity-lens-help does not deliver any results.
All scopes are present. I have tried
sudo apt-get --reinstall install unity-lens-help
without success.
Anyone here with a clue?
Sascha
