This issue doesn't always occur.

Calling a program in windows prompt by absolute path from C:\Windows directory is working, but calling this program from C:\Windows\System32 gives me errors.
C:\Windows>D:\pathtoexe\program.exe --> OK
C:\Windows\System32>D:\pathtoexe\myprogram.exe --> Terminates without doing it's task
The program reads a configuration file from the current directory.

In the list of users (under Local Users and Groups in my Windows 7) I have an ASPNET user (its description says "Account used for running the ASP.NET worker process (aspnet_wp.exe)" and its full name is "ASP.NET Machine Account")
The thing is this user does not appear in Windows login screen.
