Hello Genius developers at XDA!

I have a bit of an issue I got my hands on a Droid Incredible running stock 2.3.4 and decided to root it. I unlocked my bootloader using HTCDev, downgraded to 2.2, rooted, flashed CWM, flashed the unrevoked forever s-off patch, flashed superuser, then began testing custom roms.

Ok Im new with flashing Roms to The Incredible 2 but i have flashed roms to the Huawei M865 butthis hone was different from the beginning starting with the S-on...Im currently Running 2.3.3 rooted with S off and im just trying to figure out whatsthe difference in Global roms and just plain jane roms like the Regular Cm9 or the Global Cm9..I flashed my incredible 2 to Cricket so which rom would be

I have a rooted htc incredible s. If i unlock the ph to use on a different carrier will anything happen to the root?

So I need to decide which one I want to trade my mother for my iPhone 4S. I know the Incredible hasn't been rooted, but I'm still leaning that way.

What would you choose and why?

I have HtC incredible optus austrailia version. I recently flashed android revolution hd ics rom in it but when the device reboots it stucks on white screen with htc logo. i have no where to go, its stuck there and i cant recover my old software as well.

I have a friend that has an upgrade, she has the original HTC Incredible, looking for something like it. I upgraded a year or so ago to the Rezound, she said it would be $150 to go to the Rez. The DNA is $200. Rhyme is free, Incredible 4G is $50.

Hello I have got one HTC Incredible 2 phone.

I couldn't find anything on Google or another thread on here... So I figured I'd start one of my own.

I've had my Droid Incredible 2 for about a month or two now and as soon as I got it, I flashed Cyanognen Mod 7. That is my all-time favorite ROM. Everything worked great, as usual, but recently, I've had some problems.

Hello, I recently have become fed up with my iphone 4(love the 5 but not sure if I want one after the trouble I've had). I have gone through 4 replacement phones because the lock button has just stopped working. I was considering getting an android phone on Verizon. However, I remember that on my Incredible on froyo, there was a glitch in which a SMS message would send to the wrong number.
