There are posts all over the Internet about this battery drain problem with Samsung Galaxy Nexus update to Jelly Bean.
Something happens during the Jelly Bean update that screws up the sd card.
Then the Media Scanner goes crazy when it cannot verify the files on the sd card after the Jelly Bean update screwed it up.
Now my phone which was perfect before the JB update is now useless.
It’s always nice to see companies releasing timetables for upcoming updates, especially as big as Android 4.1 Jelly Bean.
Is it any reason why there is no option to move app to Sdcard on Jelly Bean. I am using Galaxy s3 jelly bean 4.2.
Is this a limitation on Jelly Bean.
is it true per Jelly Bean you can not move app that is less than 1GB.
Please let me know if anyone have an answer to following question.
Thanks.
I have a Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 10.1 and my bf has the 7.0 version but he already got the Jelly Bean update. I already tried the manual update in the settings screen but it said 'no update available'. What gives? I thought the Jelly Bean update was already rolled out for both models.
I have been reading these forums for the last few days. I have seen a lot of threads like this but they have not really answered my questions.
I need a stable ROM, where phone, internet, text, gps all work. I am looking for the best battery life. I am also not looking to flash a ton of updates.
I would like to get a jelly bean ROM if one fits my needs. If not then Ice cream.
Read that Motorla promiese Jelly Bean or $100 for all their devices.. So as per the promise, what will we (Razr owners) get?? $100 credit or the Jelly Bean update??
Get Jelly Bean or $100 Credit for Your Motorola
Hey guys, I recently got Jelly Bean(last night) and today I noticed the batery has drained about 30% quicker. At the moment it was at 28% battery after 7.5 hrs of use. The screen was on for 3hrs. When I had ICS it was much better than this, Im getting about 8 hrs on full charge with light use. It says my screen has taken 61% of the battery and Voice calls 33%. I keep my screen at 1/3 brightness.
Google has announced the release of Android 4.2, an update to Jelly Bean, that promises to bring a new camera app, typing improvements, and other upgrades to the Jelly Bean experience. No doubt this was going to be part of Google’s announcement at their event today.
