I just stumbled upon 100 Rooms by Gipnetix, and it has me enthralled. I can’t be the only one since it has been downloaded over 1 million times and has a rating of 4.3 stars. I want to configure rooms in ejabberd server
1) Create Two Rooms with a Room Name by configuring ejabberd's config file
Room Names will be 1) visitors 2) native
2) Don't allow users to create room
3) User can join any room those are configured over ejabberd server

Im having a problem with a specific user not being able to book a room resource. No error message is generated at all. The user attempts to add the room as a meeting resource and it simply doesnt register with the resources calendar.
I'm using Outlook 2010, and our Exchange Administrators have mailboxes set up for many of the meeting rooms available at our facilities. However, it would seem they don't have any Room Lists configured. (I gather this because I do not see the "Show a room list" drop-down menu.
