Implement transition animation with keeping in touch event

http://stackoverflow.com – I want to implement transition animation between two music album arts. Just doing like poweramp music player, when the user keeps in touch to swipe left to right or vice versa, two album art views is transiting while user keeps in touch. I'm thinking of touch event listener and get event.getX() in every single touch event, however, I don't know how to connect it with animation between two views. Please give me a little hint! (HowTos)

First off I am using this library in my app http://www.jjoe64.com/p/graphview-library.html to create the graphs.

I'm deploying an app which create a cursor using a OverlayView. I'm able to move it around the screen and outside my app (service).

But now I want to implement the touch event. I'm running the cursor in a service, so I can still move it in the menu or anywhere.
