Imaging hard disks

http://forums.fedoraforum.org – Hi, I have a win7 laptop that I'd like to create an image of the hard disk to be able to restore later, or restore to an identical hard disk as part of a charity project I'm involved with that includes about 50 other identical laptops. I'm aware I can use dd to just dump the disk image to a file then restore using dd back to the slave disk. I'd like to see if there's something more flexible, such that I can just image the filesystem contents, create a new ntfs filesystem on the slave disk, then restore the filesystem contents to the new disk. I believe the similar windows product woul (HowTos)
