Greetings! Well, the time has come that I must consider switching away from Sprint. I live just north of Cincinatti where Sprint coverage has only weakened over the last couple of years - 3G is exceptionally slow and spotty, there is no 4G LTE here or anywhere in Ohio and their latest list of upcoming implementations still do not show any Ohio city.
Hello everyone!
My Sprint contract is up in April. I'm currently living in an area with NO 4G LTE coverage and very poor voice coverage (Saint Clair, MO). From what I have seen, this area might never get 4G LTE coverage. Can I take my Sprint Galaxy Nexus to any prepaid carriers?
I have an SIII with Sprint. I'm thinking of switching to an SIII or S4 with ATT due to numerous dropped calls in the L.A. area with Sprint. I travel to Europe and Asia often and want to use the SIII over there for phone and internet. If I unlock my SIII will I be able to buy local sims cards when I travel overseas?
I had someone flash my Sprint Evo over to Boost Mobile and the guy also had my Sprint number ported too. So I am currently using an Evo with Boost and I won't be able to pay off my Sprint account anytime soon. Will this mess up my Boost account if my Sprint account goes into collections? The Sprint account had 3 phone lines and it's not in my name.
Over the weekend we reported on some listings in the FCC database for Samsung Galaxy Note II devices for AT&T, T-Mobile and Verizon. Missing from the list were Sprint and U.S. Cellular versions despite a previous announcement that these carriers would also get the device.
On the heels of the Samsung announcement that the Galaxy Note II will be available on AT&T, T-Mobile, Sprint, Verizon, and U.S. Cellular, Sprint just issued their presser, but didn’t specify a release date or pricing.
I just purchased the Nexus 4 a few days ago and moved my number to T-Mobile for their $60 prepaid plans and I am loving the switch, I don't know why I didn't do it sooner. I was with Sprint for 11 years and I honestly didn't know how bad the service is. I am consistently getting 5 Mbs on HSPA+ in Los Angeles, whereas on 3G I was getting maybe 0.2 and maybe 3 Mbs on 4G for the sprint network.
PLEASE...I need help in the worst way. LOL
I want to purchase Sprint EVO 4G phones for my two sons who are currently with Virgin Mobile. I love Virgin service and don't want to switch carriers but THEY really want these phones. The EVO's on the V-Mobile site are way too costly so I was trying to find a sweet deal on E-bay.
I heard this was possible... Is it?
The cat is out of the bag as both Sprint and T-Mobile will carry the Samsung Galaxy S 4. The S 4 can be found on both carrier’s websites, with Sprint having a big banner that uses Samsung’s tag line: “Countdown To The Next Big Thing”. Additionally, there is also a countdown clock with just under 13 and half hours to go at the time of this writing.
