I have just installed an IIS server on my Windows 8 laptop (For development purposes). When I try to run the default website, I get HTTP error 503.
The event viewer gives me this: "Application pool 'DefaultAppPool' exceeded its job limit settings." Perhaps there is some configuration I am missing?
I've got 2 web servers with mirrored content. There's a load balancer sitting in front of them.
Starting yesterday we've been getting people complaining about 503 errors. i can't find any 503 errors in the IIS log file. However the server host is saying these errors are due to .Net errors in our website which are causing the app pool to recycle.
I have an old .NET application which has some code that needs to be run in 32 bit mode. It is set to an application pool of v2.0 version Integrated pipeline mode.
On the local deployment server (Win 2008 R2 / IIS 7)
When the Enable 32 bit applications was set to True, the site immediately failed with a 503 Service unavailable error.
We purchased around 50 PCs and the computer supplier will give us a free server PC with Xeon CPU but without OS installed in it.
On our new server, We're planning to put MSSQL Express and IIS for the following applications.
1. ASP.NET 4.0 website for around 5 concurrent users.
2. .NET 3.5 Windows Form application for 150 users with very minimal database query.
I have website, which is a very popular website, but from last two weeks several customers complain to me that my site was hacked and redirected to a porn website,
but whenever i check the website i cant see anything like that, users says they sometimes redirected to a porn website and then just in split of a second its gone and correct website appears.
I have created an asp.net website that is to be accessed from client browsers running on the same domain.
I've hosted the site on IIS 7.5
I have disabled Anonymous Authentication and Enabled Windows Authentication from the Features View under the IIS section.
I have added the following in the web.config for the site:
<authorization>
<allow users="group\BizTalk Application Users" /&g
I am running a website but I still have problems with the "service temporarily unavailable error". I want to make a simple check if the website is up and running. Does anybody has an idea how to do it? (the site is password protected, so you have to add a user and pwd before logging in).
Cheers jurgen
My company has one EC2 server running on AWS with a MYSQL-DB and Apache on that the same machine that hosts a website built on PHP Zend Framework.
Sitecube is a privately owned company that allows you to build a website. Unlike Powweb and other companies, they provide the same service but they are different in many ways. Some of their services are extremely unique from any other web hosting companies.
