Ideal Debian server partitions size under LVM

http://serverfault.com – First of all, I know about this answer, but it is not essentially about LVM and I feel many folks will find the following overall summarization useful: I have small 2-core server where I want to install Debian wheezy testing mainly for personal web (several domains) and mail hosting, specifically: Ruby/Rails (+gems), Redis, MySQL, nginx, PHP5, postfix, dovecot. What I'm looking for is an "ideal" partition size strategy under LVM (I want to use it - backups and sort of "safety net" when upgrading system etc). I have to work with 145 GB HDD so this is my hard limit. RAM is 1 GB. I know there (HowTos)
