I am a new user but I do have 12 going on 13 posts. I want to purchase an HTC HD2, so I want to go and post on the Marketplace where I am greeted with a message that says I need 10 or more posts to post in the forum...First, I wasn't even posting, I wanted to look through it and then post something, plus, I already have more than 10 posts!!!!
hello!
let in this thread be everyone free to post his first 50 even non-sense posts in order to get the privilege to edit his account, okay?
I have a thread http://ubuntuforums.org/showthread.php?t=1205372 in which, although I started the thread and I am logged in, I cannot edit my original post nor any of my posts from 2012 or earlier. I can edit a reply that I posted in 2013. Can someone explain (or point me to a discussion which explains) why I'm not able to edit my own posts? Is it based on the age of the post?
Facebook is expanding to the US the controversial Promoted Posts feature that lets users pay to get their posts more visibility in the news feed.
I've stumbled across some very useful information in these threads, which I 'thanked'. Unfortunately, I don't really remember the content of these posts, just that they existed. e.g., I'm looking for one in particular that was related to data tethering, but I can't seem to find a way to view which posts I 'thanked'.
Hi Jeremy,
This thread is shown in "View Latest Posts" as being updated Today at 15:03 (UTC+2) by Hangdog42.
I have created this thread in order to draft some ideas for new titles.
I did not think that this belongs hidden in the hundreds of posts on the 'from the users to the mods and admins' post.
As you know we already have a hierarchy.
