http://forums.fedoraforum.org – Here is my delima..... I am trying to install Fedora 11 via FTP. I know my FTP server is working and it is verified. The problem that i am having is that the older versions you used to be able to choose FTP install from the boot CD itself but now you cannot. Also there is very little info on network installs for Fedora out on the web but what i have been reading is that supposedly Fedora 11 is "Self Aware" and that it will go out and search for HTTP sites and FTP sites for the install. But for some reason since the Live Cd and the full version you can install right from the CD or DVD that means this "Self Aware" doesn't really work because you are always installing from the Live CD or Full version DVD. I found a network boot disk out on the web that is for Fedora 10 only but i cannot find a network boot disk only for 11. If anyone has any answers that would be really great. Remember i only want to do a FTP install that is it. (HowTos)
