In an environment where a handful of Apache servers are running a bunch of sites using SSL certificates for HTTPS, where should these certificates be placed? In Debian or Ubuntu, should all relevant files be put in /etc/apache2/ssl? Or is there some other location better suited for this?
I've this really weird behaviour with my ubuntu 10.04 / nginx 1.2.3 server.
Basically I changed the SSL certificates this morning.
And ever since it has been behaving weirdly on all apps.
Godaddy is reporting that HTTPS/SSL setup is correct.
When I try a page it still works correctly when I'm using HTTPS.
But when I try using HTTP nginx reports error :
I have Apache 2 running on ubuntu. There is a low usage on it and mostly being accessed for a web service URL from mobile apps. It was working fine until I installed SSL certificates. I now have both http and https. When I access the server using https, I get a fairly quick response (but probably not as fast as before). When I use http, it's so slow.
