http://androidforums.com – I have an HTC Desire CDMA, S-OFF, MIUI rom. It's been working fine with the new rom for 2 months. Today after I got off a call, it wouldn't complete calls and now it keeps going off and on and off and on. So now would I just download the froyo update from us cellular's website and go from there? Currently DLing that right now to see if what they'll do at the store will work or not. Thanks in advance (General)

im trying to figure out what unlock method i need to use for htc desire bravo c (us cellular)?

its already rooted. its CDMA i believe. all the unlock methods ive seen so far are for GSM not CDMA.

So when the merge is complete and the cdma gets shut down does that mean I can't switch the Galaxy s3 to cdma(3g) when I want to save battery and the signal would be stuck on LTE??

I want to completely shut off data connection to cell towers at will and use only wifi. Cellular data off still displays 4G and indicates data transfer via the arrows... and according to my VW account, my data still gets used. So I also tried cdma only and that started using 3G. The only successful course i have found is AP mode which is annoying because i can't do calls/sms as well.

As I write, Telstra’s OTA update of Froyo 2.2 for the HTC Desire still hasn’t been released, but it is possible to download the upgraded ROM from HTC’s site, update HTC Sync to the latest version and update, which I’ve now successfully done, but there were issues!

My Desire (updated to Froyo about 6 months ago) locked up last night (whilst browsing the web), and now will not boot.

Hey all, I have the ICS CM9 Spacedog rom running on my CDMA HTC Desire. I am having a problem with GPS and seems like its also in CM7. I have tried everything I can find on the net but can't get it working. Below will be the section of my logcat that occurs when I start and then stop GPS. It will not get a location no matter where I am. Have tried wipe and flash CM7 rom to no avail.

I'm going to buy used Desire HD and it would be great if you guys could tell me what to look while buying.

I'm asking this because i had Desire and it had battery problem(phone turned off while having 30%), and Wildfire which didn't wanted to charge over 79%, and stuck there.

So did anyone experienced similar problems?
