New HTC Butterfly S, sporting a 5 inch full HD display and quad-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 600 processor, brings along the best features of HTC One and HTC Butterfly.
HTC insider and developer @LlabTooFeR has been on a roll tonight, just moments ago hinting that the HTC One Mini was headed to T-Mobile this summer, and now dropping another hint that the HTC Butterfly S will not be headed to Verizon like its predecessor, but will more likely see a launch on Sprint’s network.

Wait, can it be? Yes, HTC has finally revealed its long-rumored 5-inch smartphone, and it’s quite a device. The HTC J Butterfly is the company’s newest feat, sporting a Super LCD 3 1080p panel (440ppi), a Snapdragon S4 Pro quad-core processor, LTE and Android 4.1 Jelly Bean .
More screenshots of HTC’s upcoming Butterfly S device have surfaced and confirms that the all popular “BoomSound” feature will be on the device. While nothing else is rumored about the phone, we should expect it to have at least a 5″ screen considering the first Butterfly was just that.
The HTC Butterfly, which appears to be a variant of the HTC J Butterfly and the HTC DROID DNA, has surfaced on HTC’s web site. With the slight name change comes a couple other differences. Most notable is the absence of LTE capability.
