HTC 3D Red dim light.

http://forum.xda-developers.com – So guys.... I woke up this morning and my phone was dead. Last night I plugged it in and it was charging normal (I used a new USB cable and not the one I am using a year now)... Anyway I woke up this morning and I pressed the power button and nothing came up.... I took off its battery and pressed the power button for a bit....then plugged the battery back in and the usb as well.... A dim red light came on....and then the usual charging light came on as well for 2-3 secs...and then it died. I also tried to plug it on my computer....and the phone turned on and went to HTC white screen for 2 s (HowTos)

My phone (ATT SGH-I777) has been acting up lately. Not charging properly. Very poor battery longevity. I changed batteries. I changed cables. I changed chargers. Nothing seemed to work. This morning when I woke up the phone was dead even though I left it plugged in to AC power all night. Completely dead.

My phone died on me yesterday since I forgot to charge it the day before, it was dead in my pocket for 3 hours until I got home.

Without bothering to do anything, I simply plugged my dead phone into the charger and went to bed.

So for the last week or so, i've noticed that when I unplug my phone from overnight charging, its no where near fully charged. After about 6-7 hours plugged in, it would only be at about 70%-80%. I found it a bit curious and finally had a chance to do some troubleshooting last night.

I already have a battery widget installed, so I used it to let me know what is going on.

this may sound dumb, but i can't seem to charge or turn on my nexus 4.

i received my phone, plugged in the charger and a solid red notification light turned on. then i tried to power it on and nothing happened.

So i then unplugged it and plugged it in again this time a blinking light and a white charging indicator turned on.

When my phone is plugged into the wall there is no charging light or anything. No white light in any senario. Last night my default battery was at about 9% so I pulled it and used my 2nd battery. No problem.

In recent days, I have noticed that when I plug in my charger, (in the house, in the car) my battery is not taking a charge. The only way it will charge is if I restart the phone. Upon rebooting, it charges.

This is not happening every single time (less than 50%), but it doesn't make sense.

Last night, I had my phone off while it was charging.

Hey guys, I have a softbricked Atrix2, I tried making a factory cable the other night, wired it correctly as far as I know, it turned on straight away without a battery into fastboot, but wouldn't recognize that a usb cable was plugged in (So power, but no data). And when I plugged in a normal usb cable with the battery in the phone still wouldn't recognize that a usb cable was plugged in.

Got my S4 yesterday. All seemed to be working OK until this morning. I charged it up to 100% and then the screen wouldn't turn on, either by the power button or the home button.

There was a blue light flashing at the top so the phone wasn't completely dead.

I'm from Belgium and yesterday I went to the UK and I bought myself a Nexus 4. I was so happy.. Untill I came home and wanted to boot this thing up. Nothing happened, so I plugged it in my computer to charge the battery. Instantly a red light turns on at the bottom of the phone, I thought it must be normal or something. I still couldn't boot it at this point.
