http://forum.xda-developers.com – I sell phones and a family came in wanting a smartphone with a good camera I points to the htc one x. They ask how do I know about the camera. I pulled my phone out and showed them this Afternoon some debating between the HOX and the sgs3 they picked the HOX for 5 lines. I asked what made them pick the HOX over the sgs3? I used to have an HTC One S phone but sold it and and decided to get a SGS3 phone instead. I'm very familiar with rooting and roms. I'm loving my SGS3 lockscreen and would like to keep it but I know I will lose it if I ROM. Does anyone know of a ROM or mod that will let me have the SGS3 lockscreen? This is what is keeping me from ROMing, I love the lockscreen...

The best camera is the one you have with you and we pretty much always have our smartphones with us. With many Android phones, the camera alone will sell the device for some customers. Needless to say, there are plenty of apps in the Play Store that cater to all kinds of shutterbugs and their smartphone cameras for when the built-in camera application on your phone just doesn’t cut it.

I installed revlnmod3.5 and everything is perfect except there is no camera app...

Has something gone wrong during installation :confused: .... this is my first time installing a custom rom...

Also how can i get the camera app now ?

I don't know if that's the problem or not. When I saw few reviews on the web the HOX's camera was compared to sgs3,sometimes a bit worse, sometimes even better than samsung. In my girlfriend's phone the quality is very very low, much worse than my galaxy s2. I mean weird contrast, discoloration and pretty high noise. The phone is running on the latest stock rom 2.17.401.2.

Hi guys, asking this on behalf of my friend who owns a SGS3 I9300. Recently he noticed that if he takes a picture with the camera with force flash on while battery is low(<20% battery), the screen will go blank and won't respond until he removes the battery and restarts it manually. When battery is above 20% charge, the camera takes photos with flash on without any issues.

I was wondering how this phone compares to the sgs3 and the htc one x? Why is this phone unrootable and if i wasted my money.

Hi good afternoon, I have red some forums for my SGT p1000, but never found answer to my question.

I have tried several ROM (4.04, 4.1.1) but still can't find the one with good camera. While opening the camera, it always crashed "Camera not responding". Also, tried some application from Google Play as advised in other forums but they still failed.
