Kitty Lambda Game Studio has released The Real Texas, a new action RPG for Linux.
The game is a role playing action adventure that plays like a mashup of Zelda: Link to the Past and Ultima VI. You play as Sam, an ordinary Texas rancher on holiday in England who accidentally falls into a blue portal and lands in The Strange Texas.
The Moto X was widely praised by critics. Did that same feedback nudge consumers to buy? Apparently not. Motorola will be closing its Texas factory, used to assemble the Moto X with Moto Maker, to do low sales and the cost of running the operation. Basically, the Texas factory was bleeding money for the company and now it will be closing by the end of this year.
I just bought this laptop 3-4 days ago and it came with Windows 8 which I replaced within 10 minutes with a physical disk of Fedora 20 I picked up at this year's Texas Linux Fest in Austin, Texas. The only problem I have seen so far is the wireless network card not working PROPERLY. I have browsed many forums trying to find the same problem.
