Hey there, CrunchBang community,Getting right down to it, I installed Mupen 1.99.5 from the repositories, and everything worked fine. Then I thought, "Oh, nothing's broken. I should fix it!" I saw that plugins exist to make games extra pretty, but they're for the 2.0.0 version, so I uninstalled 1.99.5, deleted anything to do with Mupen, and vainly attempted to install 2.0.0.
I installed mupen64plus from the repositories using Synaptic. I like the emulator (for the most part, a couple of graphics glitches on TLOZ Ocarina of Time), especially its performance on my old machine, but I cannot figure out how to configure the controls for myself.
OS: XFCE raring
Device: Chromebook Acer C720
Lately I've been successfully figuring out how to compile, or get the latest repos for emulators, installing the latest builds and such. But one emulator gives me so much trouble. Mupen64Plus. The N64 emulator best for Ubuntu.
Okay so I have some questions about the Nintendo 64 emulator called "Mupen64Plus for Android."
First some info I am using a NEW Tmobile Samsung Galaxy S 2.
Okay so I've seen videos of people playing complex games on their Galaxy 2 (Such as Legend Of Zelda OOT), BUT They are using N64oid,and I sometimes see very little to no lag at all.
I'm trying to set this emulator up for my brother. I can't seem to get it to work at all (with CuteMupen). I tried the versions in the Synaptic Manager, tried the version in the Software Center and even tried installing it via an achive from the official google docs page. However, they all have the same problem; they cannot locate the Core Library.
