How can I start a Screen that is accesable as Root-User and Default-User?
Because now when I start a Screen as Default-User with the command:
screen -dmS test java $JAR nogui
After executing the command and logging in into Root-User and try to use
screen -x test
It will say, it doesn't exist, because Screen are User-Bound, AFAIK.
So is there a way that the screen is shared to all users ?

I have an application, in which a login screen is displayed when user presses home button or switches to other applications or simply when the application goes to background. But I dont want the login screen to be displayed when the screen orientation changes.
Any suggestion what should be done exactly like is it through implementing onConfigurationChanged, or something else??
I have a notification that launches an Activity (C) for which I build a back stack to adhere to the Android guidelines, the back stack:
C

A
The user clicks the notification, it opens C, then if they press back it goes to B, then to A, then to the home screen.
I've tried starting a full screen application without a window manager, using xinit,
which works but instead of starting at the top left of the screen the application starts somewhere in the middle of my screen.
I've tried the same using a custom entry in /usr/share/xsessions

I am having an issue with an Evo 3D. The phone has 7 home-screens on it. When you list them in the expanded view, there are two at the top, three in the middle, and two at the bottom.
For some reason, the screen that is to the right in the middle is the default home-screen. How that got set, I don't know.
My TBolt, after latest power reset, on my main screen the icons vanish, I pan over to another home screen, then back, the icons come back, after I turn on the screen. Its odd, any thoughts?
I often put my Bionic in the Car Dock while driving as I like the Tunein Radio app. Of course when I put it in, it goes to Car Dock mode. Now, I always just press the back button to get to the main home screen, but I have noticed that the large icons on the Car Dock home screen, the Navigation, Voice Search, etc, will sometimes be orange and sometimes be white.
(I'm talking about stock ROMs.)
When people talk about Android customizability they say it's highly customizable and about making it unique...
But I don't see this. Of course you can replace your home screen / launcher software installing alternatives...
I have an Android application (let's call AppA) that will use an intent to call another application (AppB), using the method described here :
Android Launch an application from another application
Using these approach, when I press the back button on AppB I return to the AppA as expected.
