How to uninstall packages that were installed with Gnome-Tweak-Tool/Gnome-Shell (due to conflicts)?

http://askubuntu.com – I made the mistake of installing the gnome-tweak-tool on my fresh 11.10 unity install. I have since uninstalled the gnome-tweak-tool and several of the packages that were automatically installed with it (searched 'gnome' in my software center installation history), but I think there were some other libraries that were also automatically installed that are now conflicting with some items on my top panel, specifically my indicator applet, which no longer changes color when I receive messages. There may be other conflicts, as well. Does anyone have a list of all the packages that are installed wi (HowTos)
