@Inxsible, OP is not trying to mount a nfs share, he's following the suggestion from the log:avril 23 12:04:40 Alduin rpc.nfsd: Please try, as root, 'mount -t nfsd nfsd /proc/fs/nfsd' and then restart rpc.nfsd to correct the problem@OP:Have you started/enabled rpc-idmapd.service and rpc-mountd.service?
I am having a following problem. Trying to run PXE boot server on my OpenBSD machine I have ended up on making NFSd daemon works. On all machines I get an error msg. nfsd : nfsd count is invalid: (null) no matter what computer I run it on. Everything works just well on FreeBSD and linux.

I am unable to start the hv-kvp-daemon.
I installed hv-kvp-daemon-init package in my VM, which is booted with ubuntu14.04.
Firstly i started the service, i got output is
root@Ubuntu1404:~# service hv-kvp-daemon start
hv-kvp-daemon stop/pre-start, process 26210
after that i checked the status it shows stop/waiting.
root@Ubuntu1404:~# service hv-kvp-daemon status
I'm having an unusual amount of trouble setting up Centos 6.6 as an NFS
server. I have already created my exportfs file and run "chkconfig nfs
My copy of centos is running inside a virtual bubble.
I have this script named startupcss I placed it on /etc/init.d
then add the service update-rc.d startupcss defaults but when I try to start the service service startupcss start I get this error startupcss: unrecognized service, obviously does not run on startup also
