I installed Ubuntu from a flash drive, and formatted that drive once everything was set up. If I want to uninstall Ubuntu and wipe the drive in favor of Windows, do I need to find where I downloaded Ubuntu, download it again, and put it in the USB stick to have the Ubuntu boot?
Microsoft must have changed something. I've always done my dual boot by installing windows then installing Ubuntu and having Ubuntu split the drive. Now I tried to put a new drive on my system, so I installed the same Windows 7 Ultimate. The install went fine. I then went to install Ubuntu and when it came time to split the drive, that option was gone.
