Hello guys so I accidentally and idiotically installed the verizon update. Meant to press later accidentally hit now not thinking, and all my phone does now is boot up to twrp. I have it rooted stock rom with G3 tweakbox and twrp recovery. I have tried to wipe, and restore with no luck. Also tried safemode no luck. Phone only boots into recovery and I'm hoping for a quick fix.
How do you do a restore of a TWRP Backup of a ROM or the original Asus JB OS? I tried to restore the backup I did before flashing the CROMi-X ROM. When I try to do a restore in TWRP and goto the Micro SD Memory card I have the backup on it does not show any files.
i have changed my rom and now i want to go back to my stock. i tried to use pc companion to restore the phone but when i did i got a message saying that i don't have the official rom (or something like that) and that i can not restore my phone to original. so i tryed to change my rom to the stock manually. but i dont know what .ftf file should i use.
Can someone please help me with my problem? So recently I tried installing an android 2.3 rom for my Optimus V in Clockworkmod recovery, and in the process accidentally deleted all data in the phone and SD card. Because nothing was on my SD card, I didn't have a backup to restore the phone and I have no other idea how to bring my phone back to its original state.
So, I have been using CWM for the last year or so, and made the switch because Omni rom auto updates via this, in the back up setting I saw you can back up just individual stuff, so I backed up just data cause I wanted to restore just my data, so I did a wipe, now in the restore?! It's not there, I lost more than I care to ****ing admit but ****, I thought it would stay like CWM?!
