I followed some online instructions to switch from pusleaudio to alsa here:
http://howto.blbosti.com/2010/04/ubu...of-pulseaudio/
It did not work, and now my keyboard shortcuts are fouled up.
How can I restore the keyboard shortcuts to where they were before - to their unaltered condition?
thanks,
RB

Hi all,
I have had my Note II for a day now and I love it but I seem to have an issue. I rooted and installed CWM 6.0.1.5 (modified version by Philz I believe) using Odin and I of course made a backup of my stock rooted ROM before I started flashing anything but when I tried to restore my Nand it says that it cant find the files and cant open the location.
I used xmodmap to remap some keys. I followed directions to restart. Now, I can't log in.
How can I restore my previous keyboard mapping?
Previously my trash can will be in the desk top. Later I installed Tamil keyboard, and the keyboard switch Icon taken the place of my Trash can. Since that that day, I could not locate the can. I want to restore some files which I deleted earlier. I am using ubuntu 10.04.
Those who help to restore my trash can, can share the contents
Thanks in advance
hello there
i have changed my rom and now i want to go back to my stock. i tried to use pc companion to restore the phone but when i did i got a message saying that i don't have the official rom (or something like that) and that i can not restore my phone to original. so i tryed to change my rom to the stock manually. but i dont know what .ftf file should i use.
I am a newcomer, and I hope that someone will help me find out what is wrong, and learn how to do this.
I have been performing backups using f -> Administration -> Backup. The backup location is a second internal HD, NTFS partition.
Hi
I have managed to write a bash script that moves files to the recylce bin instead of being deleted. Then (with a bit of assistance) wrote another bash script that deletes the files from the recycle bin. Now I need to write one that will restore the files preferably to their original location? I am very new to linux and stuggling with where to even begin...any ideas?
