How to restore my /home/<user>/bin and /home/<user>/sbin

http://askubuntu.com – I removed (ie., rm -rf ) /home/suman/bin & /home/suman/sbin thinking that they are virus/hacked files. becoz of : grep: error while loading shared libraries: libpcre.so.1: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory & ls command is giving some issues i want to restore them . why becoz: suman@suman:/usr/src/linux-headers-3.2.0-32$ ls bash: /home/suman/bin/ls: No such file or directory Is there a way to do that? Suman. Here is the sequence of command hsitory i have done: suman@suman:/usr/src/linux-headers-3.2.0-32$ /bin/ls -al /home/suman | grep bin grep: error (HowTos)
