I have a Netgear WNDR4500 wireless router which allows me to print wirelessly to a printer connected to it via a USB cable.
I'm setting up print server for custom thermal printer on Raspberry Pi running Linux Debian and I have strange problem. If I print test page it prints ok, same with web page from firefox, but when I try print from google chrome or google cloud printing (I set up cloud printing server), half of page is cut, like there's wrong width defined.
Epson POS printer TM-T88IV Model M129H
This is a thermal printer.
It is used as a point-of-sale printer. It has drivers for Windows.
Have you connected/configured/installed this printer under Ubuntu?
I would appreciate any suggestions, directions or help.
Thank you.
Running Fedora16 x86 on a laptop; have an HP M1212nf MFP (multifunction printer) on the network. Connect to the printer via the wireless network; printer is connected to the wireless router via an ethernet cable. Router has the firewall disabled. The laptop firewall has been configured to allow for mdsn and network printing; eth+ and wlan+ are trusted networks.
All right, this is driving me nuts.
I have an HP Color LaserJet cm1312nfi connected to the ethernet jack on a D-Link DPR-1260 wireless usb print server - so the print server acts as a wireless bridge. I can't get any Ubuntu box to print to the LaserJet. Windows XP and Vista laptops on the network print to it just fine.
Hi,
We have 3 computers with windows xp installed and two canon ir2200-ir3300 printer all connected through a router box. Each computer and each printer has ip addresses. It was configured like tcp ip enabled printer inside the local printer option. Each windows system can see both printer with ip and can select them to print.
Now we want to try ubuntu in one of the system.
I'm so sorry about that I don't know where can ask these question, so I post it here. My printer is TM-T81 which is a thermal receipt printer. I want to print NV logo in command mode with [0x1C][0x70][0x01][0x30]which is esc/pos command "FS p n m", but it can't work on TM-T81(it is work on TM-T88IV). Is it different command of TM-T81?
Hello all
I'm having trouble getting my networked printer to print and am hoping someone can lend some advice. I'm running openSUSe 11.3 on a laptop and the printer is connected to my desktop which is running Windows XP. I have the printer and several folders and drives shared. I can see the folders and drivers on my laptop but I cannot get the printer to actually print.
Hi
I have very basic network settings in my home. Cable connected to my Linksys Wireless G router. My wife and I connect to that using our laptop.
Yes. I did enable encryption to connect. Also my wireless printer is connected to that.
For some reason, last night around 12:30 AM, the printer acted like it was going to print. Then it didn't print any thing. Again it did that one hour later.
