I am using a terminal emulator library to create a terminal and then I use it to send the data entered over serial to a serial device. The library can be seen here: https://github.com/jackpal/Android-Terminal-Emulator/tree/master/librari...
When I enter data into the terminal a strange series of characters is being sent/received.
I am connecting to a terminal emulator using a library in android, this connects to a serial device (a switch) and shows me sent/received data. I send data over serial using another library.
I want to post multiple byte array using http post in android. I am getting success to post single byte array using BYTEARRAYENTITY But posting multiple byte array in single request what should be change in the code ?
I write my code as below, which working fine to post one byte array.
I am trying to read data from Serial Forwarder in Matlab and then save it into text file.
When I use the command: java net.tinyos.tools.Listen -comm serial@/dev/ttyUSB2:telosb
in the terminal I get the data there.
Then in Matlab I have tried: s = serial('/dev/ttyUSB2','BaudRate',57600,'DataBits',8);
fopen(s);
and it seems to work just fine.
Is it possible to convert a byte array to a string but where the length of the string is exactly the same length as the number of bytes in the array? If I use the following:
byte[] data; // Fill it with data
data.toString();
The length of the string is different than the length of the array. I believe that this is because Java and/or Android takes some kind of default encoding into account.
I'm trying to grab content inside some formatted text. example
input in file:
i would like to say ("hi")
i am leaving, ("bye")
who is there?
I am new to android programming.My requirement is to invoke the web services.I successfully got the response from web services.how to parse the response in android.Give me solution.
This is the code for getting response:
HttpResponse response = httpclient.execute(httppost);
String str=response.getStatusLine().toString();
System.out.println("========URL STATUS========"+str
i'm trying to parse a String using Java SimpleDateFormat.
My String is :
2/23/2013 10:12:52 PM
As oracle Javadoc, i wrote the following patter:
MM/dd/yyyy KK:mm:ss a
IMHO i'm not sure about the PM(aa), i tryied also only 'a' or 'aaa' but i always get a ParseException.
How do I match a string with AWK?
Say I have the string [(*.+ it should only match strings containing the string [(*.+.
The string is entered by the user, so if you know a cli utility that can escape regexes it may work too.
Edit:
It should also match strings containing the string, such as foo[(*.+bar.
