how to know which system accessing Internet?

http://askubuntu.com – I have 100 Systems in the local network with Net connection to all of them. My issue i want to know which system accessing the Internet because they supposed to LAB work not use Internet . I can remove the Internet connection but some authorized persons or my authorities will access the internet sometimes . so i cant pull off the cable . so If i know which system accessing the internet there will be a solution to my problem . so the bottom line of my issue is " i want to know which system using internet service " . After Starting the system, first- time connection of internet works/access  the net-works(updating, browsing, etc.).but if, internet is disconnected, manually by me or automatically by any reason.

I've over the time, tried and installed several versions of Ubuntu . Those versions I like more than others are: Lubuntu and Kubuntu. Everything seems to work properly but the internet key. I do not know if it may depends on the weather, the moonphase or the tides but the internet key is not always detected by the system and is sometimes very difficult to establish a connection when i do need to

I have the most recent Ubuntu 12.04. I can access the Internet by cable anywhere, and I can access a neighbor's Internet connection wirelessly, but I cannot access my own internet wirelessly. It shows up as having an "excellent" signal, but it the actual Internet does not show up. Firefox tells me that I am experiencing an Internet connectivity issue.

I installed Ubuntu 12.04 way long back back .

I have a dual boot system with Windows7 and Ubuntu 12.04 with wired internet connection. It is configured to automatic DHCP. The internet works perfectly well on Windows. But on ubuntu, the connection sometimes work, sometimes not. On most occasions, internet doesn't work. The indicator does say 'Connection established". I have tried other distros earlier with the same issue.

I`m having problems with my broadband connection. The computer can connect to my router and other computers in my network and all the other computers can access this computer. But I have no internet connection.

It's been a long time since I used linux and what little I learned from my first shop bought box of suse, is well and truly forgotten :(

here's my problem, I hope someone can help.

When I log in to Ubuntu - facing issues with accessing Internet. It is working fine for few mins and stops working. I am not getting any error messages to trouble shoot.. But I Could able to ping default gateway & DNS servers (When not working also)..
