I am trying to stream a Internet radio station using a browser. It appears like it is loading but I don't hear any sound.
Radio Tray icon applet is pretty neat and comes with a variety of predefined radio stations ordered by categories. To those I also added some additional local (Israeli) radio stations and ended up with few dozens.
In preparation for the coming Precise and the need to have one player for all I would like to migrate this list to the Rhythmbox. (P.S.
I've added a internet Radio station to Rhythmbox. When I start the station, it plays fine. But the play icon doesn't change to a stop icon to allow me to end the feed. I've even tried closing Rhythmbox all together and it still plays.

Could somebody tell me how to listen to http://www.mediayou.net/web/index.asp?lan=eng online radio, please?
When I click on the radio link, it only pops up a window regarding information about the
radio station such as genre, location, website and rank, no buttons to click to play.
I installed the plug-in the web site mentioned, MediaWrap, still it is not working.
Any advice?
I tried to add a radio station to the radio player of Rhythmbox, so I clicked "add" and copied the URL but it won't play when I click on "play".
A window comes in the first place searching for a plug-in then it tells me (something like) that:
python 2.7 is missing a plug-in type text html decoder
When I open the properties of the radio added it tells:
Your Gstreamer installation is missi

Hi guys,I am trying to set up my MPD to play internet radio stations. The first thing I tried was to add the .pls files to my library folder but MPD did not recognize them. After that I found out that I can play internet radio streams by adding the address of the stream to a playlist.
