Hmm this looks like a dirty workaround, normally this shouldn't needed.
you can remove the titelbar items you want in systemsettings -> workspace apereance -> window decoration -> configure buttons
I get the same error on every login while using KDE no idea, theonly thing I noticed is that Pulseaudio doesn't save its master volume.
Downgrading intel-dri to version version to 0.8-4-3 and libgl to version 0.8.4-3 solved it for me hope it helps.
