How (if possible) can I install ubuntu on a partition already encrypted by truecrypt?

http://askubuntu.com – I am currently dual-booting Windows 7 and Ubuntu 12. During I installation of Ubuntu, I chose to encrypt my home folder. I just don't like the fact that I can't put my computer to sleep or hibernate. I decided I could try something else. Now I don't have a lot of experience with bootloaders, so I'm wondering if I can encrypt my Windows partition with TrueCrypt, remove Ubuntu, create a new TrueCrypted partition, and install Ubuntu on that. If that works how hard would it be to choose which to boot? Will I or should I do it some other way, maybe with a better tool? (HowTos)
