How to get drivers for Realtek rtl8187se?

Okay, so I've spent the past day setting up Arch Linux, so far, i've only gotten it to connect through a wired connection. I've looked up so many things, and I just can't seem to get it to connect.My exact specs: 0e:00.0 Network controller: Realtek Semiconductor Co., Ltd.

Need help on installing and configure my wireless device

i use netbook with wireless integrated OS : fedora12 after searching on how to configure this wireless none off them works perhaps there a solution i can get from this forum

Wireless type is rtl8187se from realtek

I am new to linux and having problems with Wifi. It does work, but it's very slow and shaky (drops connection). All the other machines (few Windows, Xbox, Samsung smart-tv etc) work just fine.

well. it seems i have a problem getting the drivers for my ATI radeon x1950 pro. when i go to system > hardware drivers. it says there are know drivers available. i also tried the x.org drivers. but it seems the dont work to because now i can't enable desktop effects!:(

please help.
