Ever since the latest update, this thing keeps going in to daydream when I'm playing games. I believe it's daydream, the one with the X logo.. Anyway, daydream is turned off completely. What gives? This a known issue?
Okay, so I looked around a little... This is the device crashing then?
One of the cool features included in Android 4.2 is the DayDream Clock feature. This feature, if you’re not familiar with it, essentially turns your 4.2 device’s lock-screen into a desk clock screensaver. There are a few canned features that you can add to the screen to go along with the clock such as a Google Currents feed and a photo slideshow.
I just discovered the daydream feature on my Samsung Galaxy S4, version 4.4.2.This seemed like a cool feature so I clicked it. I already had a handful of compatible apps to choose from, so I obviously chose the best one, Tumblr.
I have two questions about this feature:
-The pictures displayed during sleep mode (I guess) are not the ones on my Tumblr feed.
Hey guys (and gals), just got a brand new Nexus 7 (2013) and KiDiGi wireless charging dock for my birthday. Yay!
Anyways I have Dashclock set up to work in Daydream mode which works perfectly fine, except the clock is pretty damn small... I was wondering if anyone here had any suggestions on Daydream clocks that are bigger, especially on a tablet.
I currently have the digital clock enabled for the daydream feature when the phone is charging. I like the fact that you can see the time displayed while the phone is idle/standby but don't see an option to have this feature enabled when the phone isn't charging. I've had a couple of Nokia phones that did this exact thing, the N9 and 808 that I had did this.
I have a floating window, which is a service so it runs always untill unless I close my service. Now the problem is when I enable daydream service from settings --> display --> daydream, my floating window should get hide. So for that I want to know when that daydream service get started and then hide the window.
So please help me How to know whether daydream service started or not.Thanks..
