I need to list existing USB hub and the devices connected in the hub using my C++ program.
I can able to print the USB Hub and devices connected in hub from terminal using the commands
lsusb
lsusb -v
I want to use that feature in my C++ program.
How I can do this programmatically. Is there any C++ classes available to use in my Qt application.
How to know what USB devices had connected to my Ubuntu 12.04 pc. I've read this but i didn't get satisfied since i dont know how to deal with the log file to collect the data i need.
Also, i want to search for old connected USBs not during real time.
What i mean i wanna a tool or any way that manage and monitor which USBs is connected to my pc.
I want to get list of ips which assigned by router to different devices.
I tried a lot but didnt get success in it.
I know how to get ip address of android device, but want list of all ips which assigned to different devices or machines.
Please help me to get list of ips from router.

In my understanding linux can list only those devices which it can understand, i.e. for which the drivers have been installed.
After updating 12.04, my HDD partitions and USB storage devices was removed from the devices list on Nautilus Sidebar, only the "floppy0" is there.
I can see all of them with disc tool.
