How do you add Ubuntu PPA repositories to Crunchbang 10?

http://crunchbanglinux.org – I want to add the xorg-edgers ppa to my installation of Crunchbang so that I can get 3D acceleration on my laptop (which has an Intel 82852/855GM graphics adapter and is currently using software rasterization), but when I try running the command indicated in this thread http://ubuntuforums.org/showthread.php?t=1865295 all it says is "sudo: add-apt-repository: command not found". Help? (HowTos)

I'm having trouble getting my computer to recognise any bluetooth device, including my Wiimote and cell phone. I have a USB Bluetooth dongle that appears to be working. When I plug it in, I get the bluetooth symbol in my device tray.

Hi, I recently move on Ubuntu from WindowsXp i m unable to find any solution for the installation of my webcam which is "A4tech pk-5".

Hello, Im spanish so I'm sorry if I make many mistakes writting this to you :P

I've recently donwloaded Kubuntu 9.10 and installed into my laptop, I fell in love with it, and I decided to install it in my personal computer too.

So I put in my cd, and wait until CD boots, select my language, and select the "install" option.

I don't want any "checking for updates" without my strict permission...

Is this not a security issue?

I am getting one of these tablets off eBay and was wondering if Ubuntu would work on it. The post there says "Everything works great but cpu scaling and battery capacity" what does that mean? Will it be able to use both CPU Cores?
