I need to uninstall Ubuntu 12.04 LTS from my laptop. It's currently dual booting with windows 7. I've searched and found some ways to do this, but all use some kind of a CD to complete the deletion. I don't use Ubuntu-One. I don't maintain an account on Software-Center either because I am constantly hounded to login every time I boot.
Can I safely uninstall these applications:

python-ubuntu-sso-client
