How do I install Myunity on 12.10?

http://askubuntu.com – Basically as is the title how do you install Myunity on 12.10. I've tried adding the repository ppa:myunity/ppa and doing the whole, sudo add-apt-repository ppa:myunity/ppa sudo apt-get update sudo apt-get install myunity At which point I got the error: W: Failed to fetch http://ppa.launchpad.net/myunity/ppa/ubuntu/dists/quantal/main/binary-i3... 404 Not Found E: Some index files failed to download. They have been ignored, or old ones used instead. (HowTos)

When trying to update Ubuntu, I receive the following failed error message.

I'm sure this has been addressed somewhere, but I'm having trouble finding it. I've just started using Ubuntu 9.10 so if this is an idiot question, that's my excuse (NOOB). Everything's going great except that I keep getting an update alert in my app panel and when I check for updates get the following:

Can't install Ubuntu one 36 weeks 1 day ago

While trying to install Ubuntu one it throwes me this error -
