If I'm to leave Microsoft XP behind I need to work with my MS Access data files in Libreoffice Base or something similar.
How do I get LibreOffice Base to access MS Access 2003 data files?
I'm using LibreOffice (3.5) and Thunderbird (17.0) on my Ubuntu 12.04 machine and store my contacts with Thunderbird. These contacts are organized in several address books. For each I get a .mab-file in /home/user/.thunderbird/xyxyxyxy.default/.
Hi,Since the last update of Libreoffice, the package libreoffice-writer depends on libreoffice-base and vice-versa.The last update of libreoffice-writer has led to install libreoffice-base.It's impossible to remove libreoffice-base or libreoffice-writer independently as before the latest update. Is it an upstream change or a problem with dependencies in the last build? Thanks
iirc libreoffice-writer couldn't launch or was not showing its entry without libreoffice--base, but I'm not sure at this moment.EDIT: or maybe was something between Writer and Calc. Who knows. Just ignore my post.
I have data in my Excel workbook under 3 different tab -
Tab 1(Current day data of <5 and >6 months data)
Tab 2(We have to paste the data from tab 1 and run excel fomrula manually it take lot of time)
Tab 3(Previous day data from Tab 2 which has got created after running comparison formulas using Vlookup and data comparisions)
Can you please advise how to design a perfect MS Access 2003 Mac
My database in LibreOffice Base is all of a sudden locked for editing. Moreover, LibreOffice Base exits whenever I try to insert a photo into a database post. I have worked in my relational database for months and have not made any changes to the design, only populated it.
I have tried to remove LibreOffice Base in order to be able to install the software afresh.
LibreOffice, a free power-packed open-source personal productivity suite that provides users with six feature-rich applications for all your document production and data processing needs (Writer, Calc, Impress, Draw, Math and Base), is now at version 3.5.7.
LibreOffice 3.5.7 is quite possibly, at least according to The Document Foundation, the last version to be released in the 3.5 branch.
