How is the correct way to organize folder(s) created by Ubuntu One Files in iOS into Ubuntu One folder in desktop?

Basically the Camera Roll auto-upload feature does not seem to work, nothing is happening, no files exist in the "Pictures - name" folder.

I have a few questions on this:

How do I know if auto uploading is actually ongoing? When will U1 File app be syncing; when app is active and/or running in background, always, other? Will it upload all photos on my Iphone, Camera Roll and Photo Stream? When

i have the resources shared with another project. The pictures of the products i will show, are stored in a folder out of my new project for which im using symfony...

In my symfony project, in the /web/images folder, i created a symbolic link to the folder where my pictures are stored.

The Pictures folder in my home folder is actually a link to the Pictures folder in my Windows installation. When I try and sync this folder I get a message saying the folder is not valid. I am however able to Sync individual folders within the pictures folder, which seems strange. Is there any way I can sync the whole folder?

I accidentally, while browsing through my pictures folder, (I do not know how exactly) moved my 'pictures' folder from my Home folder and it is now in my bookmarks. How do i get it back into my home folder. I have tried 'moving' it but it does not work.

I have always been able to plug my iphone right into my pc, then drag and drop files from the iphone right into a folder on my pc. I'm trying to store pics/vids which has never been a problem. It used to say "Iphone now unmounted", but now, immediately after that message pops up, I get a second message that says, "Iphone now MOUNTED".

Is there any alternative to Magic Folder for ubuntu? Or can we make a folder which will allow us to easily categorize and move files. When we drag a file to the folder it will look at the file extension and place Document files (like doc, xls, ppt, etc) in the Document folder.

A folder was created when I used a utility to un deleate pictures from a cd card that I deleated by mistake. <g>

I can't deleate it or move it. I am told I am not the owner of it even when I am logged on as root.

How can I rid my machine of this recup_dir.1 folder?
