I have a custom app that needs to use a Bluetooth tethered connection but the "Use for internet access" in the Bluetooth setting for the connection keeps being switched off so I lose the internet connection.
I have two Bluetooth connection problems with my Asus Transformer TF101 running ICS:
1. I can pair it with my computer running Windows7 but cannot connect to it nor can the PC connect to the Transformer. Same hold for trying to connect to my Motorola Droid phone running Android 2.2.3, they pair but don't connect. How to I get them to connect so I can do things like transfer files.
I have an laptop with OS Ubuntu 12.04. I am using an internet dongle(data card) for internet connection. I just purchased a new android phone(HTC ONE V). I want to share my internet connection of laptop with my android phone.
I want to develop an application that use the internet connection and the bluetooth connection in background. Each 5min my application get information from my bluetooth device and send the data on a server via the internet connection. It's possible to have internet and bluetooth connection in background on android?
