How can I get Ubuntu 12.04 to recognize my Huey Pro?

http://askubuntu.com – When I plug in the Huey Pro and open up Color under System Settings, the "Calibrate..." button is greyed out. The USB port is fine as other devices work perfectly. The Huey is in good shape as well because it works on other computers. Hello!

I followed different tutorials to enable fingerprints reading, but without luck.

Fingerprint GUI keeps saying no device found.

Any help on this?

I have a Dell Precision M6600 laptop. My USB 3.0 ports worked fine under Arch, but, under Fedora 17, nothing happens when I plug anything In.

Wireless with Asus K55VM 37 weeks 6 days ago

Hello. I just got a new laptop, the Asus K55VM, and just went trough a lot of trouble to get Backtrack installed. But now I've got it going and my wireless wont work.

I have a KWorld UB445-U ATSC Hybrid TV Stick.

I've tried MythTV, but it kept crashing when I was trying to set it up, and didn't get anywhere with it. I've tried VLC and just tried Kaffiene.

I have wireless keyboard Logitech cordless desktop EX110. Mouse sometimes stops working (sometimes after a few hours working and sometimes after 10 minutes working). I get it back to life by unplugging it from the computer case and then plug it.

Is there a way to do it via console? Maybe by restarting the usb port.
