I use this extension called Website Blocker to discourage me from checking Gmail/Reddit. However, it is easy and tempting to open a New Incognito Window; since extensions are disabled in Incognito Mode, I'm still able to browse Gmail/Reddit in this manner.
Is there any way to disable Chrome's Incognito Mode in Ubuntu?
First of all, no questions about purpose for this. Whatever you wish to imagine is fine with me.
I have a Galaxy s4, and I know incognito mode erases all traces/history from the browser...but what about the keyboard?
On both swype and samsung stock keyboard it seems to save the words I type even after closing the incognito page and resuming on a regular browser tab.

Consistently now I've noticed that after a period longer than a half hour or so of sleeping, an incognito window will not connect to the internet; having to restart the browser again (I have added --incognito as the default launch parameter). Hi everyone! Any help with this will be greatly appreciated. My dad recently gave me an HTC flashed to Boost. A Sanyo Incognito was used as the dummy (which we don't have....and I guess is not a good thing). I recently switched my dads account over to my name and when Boost did this I lost the internet. I still have text (but no photos) and phone.
I'm addicted to certain websites to the point where it's interfering with my life regularly and sick of it. I want to install website blockers that aren't easy to circumvent.
In Chrome, incognito mode is easily accessible with a ctrl-shift-n. That is ridiculous.
