Hopefully this is a good spot for this question ... So my new Nexus 7 was giving me problems where it was turning off overnight and giving me the big battery icon in the morning...
I had to backup all my apps so I could exchange the Nexus for a new one. (it was rooted, with CM10 and Franco)
I used App Backup and Restore and Titanium Backup Pro thinking it would make restoring easier.
This is the first time for me posting in a forum asking for help about an android device so go easy. I have rooted my Nexus 4 running Android 4.3 and installed TWRP 220.127.116.11 on it. That was the first time I rooted an android. I used Titanium Backup (Pro) to backup all of my user apps + system data. Then I transferred the backup to my PC. Then I created a nandroid backup using TWRP.
Hello. I have a rooted nexus 4 on android 4.3 but i want to unroot it so i wasn't to know how can i backup all my apps to the PC ( without titanium backup because i will restore on an unrooted phone ) and saving the games progress too

I have a mac so i followed ray ban fedora video guide on youtube followed all instructions and everything went alright. when i went to download titanium backup it says that I'm not rooted and to check my rom. i have supersu installed when i went to the app it says that SU binary needs to be updated. need help am i rooted or did i mess up?
I am having issues with my previously rooted Nexus 7. My device was rooted when it first came with Nexus 7 toolkit v2.0 and was rooted successfully. After an update to android 4.2 via the OTA updates, the root status was taken off from the device so I've used to tookit again to restore the root.
Following the advice here http://android.stackexchange.com/a/38277/27533, I am trying to migrate the application from Nexus 7 to ASUS ME302C. (Actually, my daughter desperately needs that -- you know, all that work with Pou ;)
It seems I have successfully installed drivers for both Nexus 7 and the ASUS on my PC with Windows 7.
