2.DNS A record to mail.xxx.com their mail server
3.DNS MX record with mail.xxx.com with priority as 0
My problem comes when i try to install the SSL certificate it only sends to the

We have a mail server running Debian 5.0. It is one year old now but we want to deploy a new server with Ubuntu Server 10.04. The problem is that we want to transfer all the user mails and settings to the new mail-serverl. So all their usernames and passwords should be the same, all their mails should be transferred successfully to the new mail server.
thanks for your time.
I'm looking for a FOSS Mail Archiving Solution.
The thing is, my company does not currently host it's email server, I need a solution which can import all mail from all the emails accounts from the external server.
I bet this is possible but All i have seen assumes you are running your own private mail server.
Thank you.

Hi
Our mail server is Postfix 2.2 running on CentOS 4.7.
It was working fine since last few years. Suddenly no user could send mail using this server. The sent message is getting bounced with the following message ( in postfix logs ) :
550 Administrative prohibition (in reply to RCPT TO command)
We have a mail server (SMTP, IMAP , spam assassin , ClamAV , .... ) running on Ubuntu server and there is more than 200 mail accounts. We are looking for a backup solution for mail , which will allow us to take the backup of individual accounts , as per our backup policy. The situation is , around 25 of the accounts need frequent backups while the rest is not that important.
