NewVoiceMedia, an enterprise startup riding the wave of cloud-based services, has raised $20 million for its business of contact center solutions, which currently serves 8,000 agents in 30 countries.

Elasticsearch, a real-time, enterprise data search and analytics startup and open source project, has raised $24 million in Series B financing led by Mike Volpi from Index Ventures. The round includes contributions from existing investor Benchmark Capital and new investor SV Angel.

San Jose-based SaaS/cloud financial management company Intacct has raised $13.5 million in a new funding round from existing investors, with Split Rock Partners leading the round with a $7.5 million investment. Bessemer Venture Partners, Emergence Capital, Sigma Partners, and Sutter Hill Ventures also participated.

Freespee, the European mobile click-to-call advertising and analytics startup, has raised a new round of funding: €3.3 million (approx. $4.3m) led by pan-European early-stage investor Sunstone Capital.
