Dear The Forum,
First of all, please bear with me as this is my first post to the Forum.
I have a cPanel server in production with full/valid license. This server has become very old and I'd like to migrate to a new server with more powerful/high-end hardware.
It there's a few days of this, I bought a dedicated server at OVH with CentOS and cPanel preinstalled. I started to create accounts for my clients and now when they access their accounts and change their passwords, they can not access their accounts to their new or password or with the old.
Hello, I'm working on moving accounts from an old cPanel server to a new one. The thing is, only few accounts are actually using it as a webserver, most are just using the email and dns functions.
How to check suspended accounts on a cPanel server and terminate them after a specific time frame?

Hi,
I just enabled WHM Back up and enabled this for a few Cpanel accounts.
I had a Debian Sarge server running Plesk 8.1 and moved to a CentOS server running cPanel. I do not remember how many email accounts were there. Using the terminal, how can I see how many active email accounts there are on the old server?
Also is there any way to backup the email data for each account and to move the data to my new CentOS installation?
Hello,
I'm transferring my accounts to my new server.
After completion of the transfer, I found that the disk space usage of each account on the new server is different than the original usage.
for example mysql of an account was using only 30MB on the old server but it becames more than 1.5GB on the new server!
or another account was 5GB on the old server but it becames 1.5GB on the new server.
Hi Buddys,
I'm looking for a method to perform a full backup of Cpanel.
Including user accounts, database, plains, features activated.
I read a lot about the cpanel backup, but did not find anything specifically.
I only found backup the customer, it proceeds?
