I'm a new user to the android world and absolutely love it. However, I have this machine that I know is capable of a lot...but I'm not all that techie...Was wondering if anyone can help me out with this. I would like to fully experience this phone and play around with it. The phone I have is the Samsung Galaxy Note II.
I am not a big fan of the current separation of Android Development vs Original Android Development. In my opinion we are doing a disservice to the community by splitting the development forums. As a developer, I am not concerned with the status of my own mods or roms.
I'm interested in getting an Android phone for the first time, but not very eager to use a GMail account. I have one, but I don't particularly like the interface, and I would much rather use my Yahoo!
Ubuntu (latest version: 12.04 LTS) is now the most popular GNU/Linux distribution on this planet; Android, the most popular operating system for Mobile Devices, both are rocking!
If you are a Android Developer (or an absolute beginner) – who wants to use Ubuntu as the development platform OR an Ubuntu user interested in developing Android Applications – then this post might be helpful
Why are there two threads for One X Android development, the one is called One X Android Development, and the other one is One X Original Android Development. Are there two versions of the same phone or what. I'm just asking because i don't want to make a mistake when I'm gonna flash it. Thanks to all for replying this. :)
Hello Xda community , I want to get into java and android development. I want to develop apps for android but I have no experience with programming languages. Can anyone here suggest me some good books to get started with? Your help will be appreciated.
Since the last two releases, Android Development team seems to be pretty happy with the core functionalities. The latest agenda for the team is to work on a better User Interface to improve the End user experience.
